There is a company based out of Florida called Brooklands that sells a large
variety of "period" Lucas and other brand accessory lights.  Brooklands
advertises in mags such as Vintage Motorsport, Grassroots Motorsports and
British Car.  (Can you tell that I don't have their address handy?)

Brooklands' cataloges carry Monza-style gas caps, gauges, minilights and etc.
 Much of their stuff comes from GB, I believe.
