n the positive terminal and the black on the negative, read -9.97</p>

<p class=3D"ox-b86c42f67a-MsoNormal"> </p>

=80=93 no, the multimeter is not broken.</p>

battery again, same results. Good battery =E2=80=93 same results (ab=
out 12.97)</p>

is this possible? Yes, we are replacing the battery but if someone h=
ad told me this story I would have told him he must have mixed up the termi=
nals, that its not possible.</p>
