No relay but there is adjustment underneath the cover, held on by the single=
center screw. Set up a way to blow the horn from the engine bay, a remote=
starter switch or helper behind the wheel work well for this. =20

So, I have solid ground and good current going to the horns. I seem to reme=
mber having to tune similar horns on my old MGB 45 years ago but can't remem=
ber if these are set up the same. And I can't remember if there's a relay=
in the horn circuit for a TR3. Since it's freezing in the garage here in N=
ew Hampshire, I'm too lazy to dig out my electrical diagram there. =20
Thoughts, anyone?
