Continued=85.

When it came, it didn=92t match my sample but did match the in-stock sample
they sent in January.=A0=A0 I called the next day.=A0 The lady who answered
acknowledged that the item shipped wasn't right.=A0 She asked me to call ba=
ck
the next day so that she could check it out.=A0=A0 I called but she was out=
.=A0
That night I had a voice mail from someone else saying that they would get
the correct material out to me in about a week and pick up the incorrect
package.=A0=A0 Today (two weeks later) I called and was told again =93check=
 back
in a week=94.

I have purposely omitted the company name =96 but I am asking what the
consensus is on what I should do?=A0=A0 According to the bank, it is past t=
he
dispute period but since the purchased item has not been received, they may
still consider reversing the charge.=A0 I'll do that next week if necessary.
I don=92t want to jeopardize receiving the vinyl (hopefully it will match)=
 =96
but I don=92t know what to do.

Your thoughts?
