Seriously, does one type rust lead to the other?
Maybe it's of little difference... (shame on many Ebay Sellers)
Does it look the same?
Is it controlable? (does it need to be smothered like POR-15)
 is it contagious? (to nearby panels)

It does look authentic and 'adds character'.
