Randall can probably tell us but I think in LA pulling over and stopping
is required only when you're reloading your weapon.
Ha!...Just had a mental picuture of the 405 at rush hours, cell phones
ringing, and everyone heading for the side of the road at the same time to
answer
them...;=).
