Yes.  And if you are changing the oil, you should not only drain it, but remove
and clean the screen and magnets inside the plug.  It's that big (like 3") brass
one on the bottom.  HF used to sell a trick tool to grab the notches on the
later plug, but apparently they don't any more.  You can usually "get by" using
a drift and BFH on the notches, but it's best to have a purpose-made tool.  I
made mine from a flat iron bar by drilling holes for bolts spaced to match the
notches, locking them with nuts and then grinding the exposed end of the bolts
to match the notches.  Next time I'll probably mill the end of a cheap socket so
it can grab all 6 at the same time, instead of just 2.

Using both drains should get nearly all of it.
