I have found =NO= customer service in local retail stores, they could really
care less about the consumer, I also find it so much easier to shop
"on-line", cheaper also, now when it comes to car parts my suggestion is to
become acquainted with the man on the other end of the phone and stick with
him, been doing business with the same person at Moss for over 15 years and
TRF for 20 years, they even recogonize your voice, great feeling. "FT"
