great service

It seems all we get theses days is lousy service every where I turn. Ever 
tried problem resolution with the phone company?
so I just felt that the 2 people that have treated wonderfully these last few 
weeks should be recognized.
Thanks to Chuck of the roadster factory and the local manager of my harbor 
freight store.
They know what customer service is all about.
