Rack & Pinion Conversion

Hi,
This subject may have been flogged to death, but I haven't been a memeber of 
the list very long.  
 
As I start to put my TR3A back together this fall, I wonder if converting the 
steering to rack & pinion is worth the effort and who makes conversion kits?  
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
