Sorry Fred, gotta agree with John!! <<if you said the refinery you would be correct>> MANY are leased !!! I also have a buddy that has a Mobil station. Fuel IS based on incoming load price. He USED to have a 3 bay shop that made MOST of the coinage for the business. Got TIRED of the hassels (hiring, firing, seeking, OSHA, Feds, State, etc.) and "renovated" in to Deli/Coffee/Grocery sort of thing. NOW makes MORE NET but fuel problem is STILL the same!! Ed |
