Gasket, Water Pump

Hi  Guys/Gal ...
        Does  anyone  make  a 87mm head  gasket for the  TR3?  One 
specifically designed for those pistons/sleeves??
        Does  Ken Gillanders sell  a complete water pump,  including 
pulley with his hi-speed  impeller??
        What does a small  puff of white  smoke that  comes when you 
make a gear  change indicate ???   RPM not over  4000  ...
