Yes, but they're racing items.  Otherwise, use a TR4 head gasket.

He does sell a repro water pump with the 6-blade impeller installed, but I don't
believe he offers it with the pulley already installed.  Might be best to ask
Ken, bfeken@copper.net  I've heard stories from Ken and others of incorrect
pulley installation causing seal problems, so he might be willing to install a
pulley for you.

Generally indicates oil being pulled past the intake valve guides by the high
vacuum with the throttle closed.  Unless the oil consumption becomes excessive,
it's pretty much normal for TRactor motors, IMO.  Some oil is supposed to work
it's way into the guide, to lubricate it.
