You shouldn't care either. Have fun, enjoy the car. After you attend a few
events, you'll find a group who doesn't care about the details as much as
others. Have you joined a club? Same holds for groups within clubs.
The most fun cars to see and have at car shows are the not perfect ones. They
attract us all; we all have comments; you learn a lot. Don't take the
negative comments too personally. Just because they point out an error
doesn't mean you are a pariah.
My car is a daily driver and I love going to the shows just wish more of us
were there. the perfect cars get boring after a while.
Again have fun, enjoy, drive the car!
