I am kinda confused in the rebuilding of my TR4A engine and need advice:
I think I want the stock liners to protrude about about .004" above the
block's surface.
Already, wrench sockets or large washers have been used to keep the liners
and steel Fo8 gaskets temporarely in their place in the block. My yet to be
applied head gasket is made of a composite-copper/?asbetos. My question is
this: when I release the three socket/washers, will the liners rise up and
regain the the desired projection?
