Hi again,

Well the apron is off and the radiator is out. I"m resisting the temptation to
do other stuff "while I'm there" but here is, what I think, is a problem.
The tie rod end on the passenger side (US, LHD) appears to have come "loose".
Take a look at the photo that's up at
http://home.earthlink.net/~adrianjones747/

It looks to me that it needs to be tightened up somewhat! What you cannot see
in the photo is that the grease nipple is actually rubbing against the frame
and that the cotter (split) pin at the other end has "fallen out". I took a
wrench to the castellated nut to see if was loose. It wasn't - but I bet I
will not be able to fix this problem just by tightening up the nut.

Bear with me - I've never messed with steering/suspension parts before. What
should I do here?

Many thanks for any advice,

Adrian '59 TR3A TS58324 "Beano"
