I wanted to thank everyone that contributed to the Thrust Washer problem. Of
particular interest was the comments the Randall Young made concerning the
ease in lightly sanding down the washers by .001". This is very practical
approach to solving my dilemma. Other comments also helped place things in
perspective concerning the fact that I am only .001" out to begin with.
Apparently these little engines are tougher than I was giving them credit for.
