Like I say.........if the new pulley slides on.........very, very tight..........very tight.........and the groove in the pulley lines up perfectly with the alternator and crank pulley..............there should be 5/8" sticking out for your lock nut.........if not.............something is NOT correct!!!!!!!! I sometimes think that H2O pumps on TR's pose the most irritating problems! Good Luck!...........and Cheers! Clark |
