I immersed my bottles in 2 litres (2 quarts) of neat bathroom bleach for a few days, it was the strongest I could find. For a container I used a plastic bucket. Not all the yellowing was taken out but they cleaned up well and look original. Who wants bright white plastic on a 30 + car? I did rub out a couple of scuffs and scrapes with fine wet and dry. Incidently, I put the bleach back in the original bottle and SWMBO never noticed I had used it.
