tr6 door lock fitting kit

Has anyone installed the door lock fitting kit available from moss or vicky
b?
Its supposed to keep the locks from rotating.
It doesn't come with any instructions.
Are you suppose to remove both spring kits?
Is the big washer supposed to go on the inside  or the outside of the  door?
If it goes on the outside its going back.
