FWIW, I normally flash my brights (or twin 100W aircraft landing lights in my
Alfa) at oncoming cars that are running with their fog/driving lamps on because
they tend to blind me (50+ year old eyes, ya know). The practice of keeping
auxiliary lamps on ALL the time seems especially prevalent among the drivers of
high-riding SUVs. Aren't they called "fog" lights for a reason? I see them
being used more like Christmas tree lights (ornamentation).
