TR-250 help needed

Hello All,  I am having my rear bumper rechromed. There is a hole in the 
center of the rear bumper. And was going to have it welded close. Then I 
noticed on ebay a 250 for sale #2412219213. The image of the trunk. Shows the 
rear bumper with the hole in it.
So, it stock and what is it for.  Thanks John
