Went and dug out the head gasket I removed last fall (original Stanpart so
it's a bit different from the aftermarket ones - very flat) - from the
markings left by the head and block, it looks like the "bridge" faces the
block - at least that's how I plan to install mine - once the snow melts
(yes, we just had another fr**!!@#ing snowstorm - gawd I love springtime on
the Canadian prairies! And people ask me why I have a GT6 and no some nice
roadster?!)
