John,
My statement was not intended to imply that all Muslims are hate
mongers. Rather, that the Fundamentalist Ultra Right wing has
counterparts in the Muslim faith. And it is that very small faction
that is causing all the problems we have been facing. If my statement
was misconstrued, I apologize. I truly believe that we mostly all
worship the same God, whether He be called Allah, Jehovah or anything
else.

Cheers,
Joe

P.S. Yes, I was complaining about off-topic issues and feel that this
one too should be on the list of taboo subjects. My response was (as I
indicated) against my own better judgment but I can't just stand by and
be insulted by people who don't share my feelings. People's political
views should be restricted to the proper forum. But if we let one side
blatently express their opinions without answer, we would be creating a
very slanted view of what the truth is!
