I am getting ready for an engine rebuild on my TR3 (after I complete
insulating the shop). One of my LBC friends suggests fitting valve seals on
the intake valve guides. Originally, the car didn't come with seals. We are
planning on chucking new guides in a lathe and machining a groove to accept
the seal.
Have any listers fitted valve seals to the intake valve guides on a
TR3? Is it worth the trouble?
