Every once in a while, though, I get torqued off enough to write the ISP, 
and I identify them as spammers, and possibly perpetuating a fraud. Unless 
the ISP is hidden behind a firewall and the mail address is bogus, this will 
usually get them bounced off that ISP. It doesn't stop them, but it does 
slow them down a little.
