Hello Jack,
I bought the "no drill" luggage rack from Moss to replace the rusted out
one on my TR4A. Quality is OK, not real good, but not real bad either.
After one year there are a few minor rust pits on the undersides of the
rack. Unfortunately being in California it's much cheaper to buy new than
rechrome, which would be my first choice.
Would suggest you wax it real well as soon as you get it.
