Certainly not well. It can be done, but is not recommended. As Andy noted,
normal minimum rim width for a 185 is around 5".
However, stock TR6 wheels are 5.5" and will bolt right up to a TR3 (except
for the hub caps). 185/65-15 tires will fit them and the car very well, but
I'm not sure if 185-15 will or not. They might be just enough taller to rub
inside the rear fenders on hard corners.
