Like you said it requires all those things to run. If your smelling
unburned fuel then *my* guess (since I'm not there) is that you're somehow
not getting spark (especially since you tried starting fluid and that
failed) - and fairly easy to check. Pull a couple of plugs and see if
they are wet with fuel- if wet then your not getting enough spark (or at
the right time) to ignite, if they are dry the fuel isn't getting in the
cylinders - Remember also. . .just because you have a spark outside the
engine, doesn't mean you have enough spark energy to ignite the mixture
under pressure inside the cylinder - You should see a very fat, white/blue
spark on the plug, or be able to jump about a 1/4 or more gap outside the
engine -
