Phil,

I'm not sure of your model year, but if equipped, is your run on control
valve working? With the car running, reach under the valve and push the
plunger up. The engine should stop.

After a drive, upon turning car off, the car runs on, and backfires.
Crane electronic ignition, mild street cam.No carb leeks. My mechanic
says plugs are not fouled. Exhaust rich with moist carbon. If timing set
any lower car stalls. Any suggestions. Mechanic is stumped and I am
annoyed! Any suggestions? Thanks
