Wicker picnic baskets have been used by people who do not own British
cars. People have even been picnicking prior to the invention of the
autocar and a wicker basket has been a popular container since way back.
I do not remember seeing a wicker picnic basket as a Triumph factory
option for the TR2 through 3B. But I do recall picnicking as a young
girl with a wicker picnic basket. I think we had a Studebaker at the
time.
