I haven't followed this thread from the start so maybe you've tried this
already.
You may have to take the slave cylinder off the car and bleed it so the
bleeder screw is positioned absolutely at the top and so that the last
possible bit of air hiding in that edge of the cylinder HAS to be expelled.
You're have to wire it to the bracket in order to do the bleeding and
manipulate the cylinder and so it's not pulling too much on the hydraulic
hose, but this worked on my slave cylinder when it wasn't making the clutch
disengage enough.
