Might I suggest that there are several construction planning (project
management) packages that might be useful. Basically, the flow
chart sort of program is the same regardless of what sort of project you have.
The problems are the same no matter if it is building a
house or restoring a car.
You need to determine the order of things so that the project will flow in the
best perspective. You don't want to wait until the body
is finished before starting work on the engine, for example. Establishing the
order of things will make the project come to fruition
in a more timely manner, especially if you are farming out various pieces.
These programs will track there sub projects as well as the
costs of them.
