Dave,
How does the gas gauge read? What I'm getting at is,
is the engine REALLY that hot? If the voltage stabilizer
is sending 12v to the gauges, they will read high. The
poor DPO I bought my 250 from replaced the thermostat,
water pump, fan, and gas tank sender unit. The problem
was the VS was not grounded on the back of the speedometer.
