My speedo wanders -- in part, due to the 30 foot long speedo cable <g> installed by the DPO -- and I've verified that the reading is off by about 20% using convenient radar-enabled signs. After putting giant tires on my old jeep, I learned to recalculate MPH on the fly, but I was thinking that there must be a formula to convert the tach reading to MPH. Has anyone done the math for this? -- Steven Newell Crave Technology, Inc. steven@cravetechnology.com http://www.cravetechnology.com 303.675.0777 / 303.675.0999 (fax) |
