Checked the > timing and yep, no. 1 intake valve just closed as dizzy is at no. 1 wire. Hi Graham. The valve for no 1 cylinder should have been closed for some time (about 180 crank degrees) when no1 lead is lined up with the rotor. the exhaust valve on no6 cyl should have just closed and the inlet for no6 cyl should be just opening.
