Fiat 128's? That was a tower of reliability compared to THE worst crap box
ever put on wheels- THE CHEVY VEGA!!!!!
My mom bought one of the first ones- before the news got out! The car
started to rust out after one winter. The engine exploded-that's not an
exageration, I saw it happen- at 45,000 miles. Nothing more colorful than
aluminun shrapnel shooting out a tail pipe at night!
The car was 2 years old and had to be junked- blown motor, rotted out
fenders, on and on...Things used to fall of at the slightsest whim. The
ultimate piece of crap. Talk about giving your customers a reason to go
running and screaming to the nearest Japanese car dealer!
