I just did a search on www.tirerack.com for 185/60&65/15 tires and came up
with several matches from $55 to $61 these are Bridgestone and Yokohamas not
junk. You can also e-mail or talk to a tire expert. I just bought a complete
set of tires for my Miata for 201.50 including shipping. Guess where my TR6
tires are coming from.

I am looking for tires for my 1975 TR6. I do not want to put Michelin
Redlines on the car for many reasons. What are other choices, the emphasis
being on safety and handling? The size is also a problem. I have wire wheels
and CAN get 185/15 tires, but for $160 a pop. I was told 205/70 is another
viable tire, good performance, and cheaper. Also more readily available.
They are supposed to fit on the wheels and will work on the car. HELP,
please!!!
