'Brasso' works on these sorts of plastics quite well, if the scratches
aren't too deep.

Thre's a product you can get at West Marine or Boater's World. The name
escapes me, but these are the most likely people to carry something that
will
work.
I've also seen a polishing compound available at the auto paint and supply
shops
