There's actually a rouge compund that you can use with a buffing wheel, or
sometimes toothpaste will work. It's a mild abrasive and doesn't leave
little red lines on a less than perfect job.  This past weekend I did a
plexiglass project and used the Dremel with a little buffing wheel to finish
up the edges (file, sand, steel wool, then buff) worked pretty good but if
you go at more than speed 1 or 2, it will melt the plexiglas.
