Congratulations Jim, I was beginning to think you were going to give up! I'm
glad you now wear the TR8 wizard hat. I know who to turn to when I have a
problem with mine. Maybe your 'wiggle the wires' trick will work for mine,
my gas gauge and temp gauge stop working every once in a while (not working
now). I replaced my Falcon stainless mufflers with a couple of cherry bombs,
since there is no H connector between these and there is a little exhaust
leak, it sounds better but feels slower. I started the car with just
straight pipes, just to see if it would sound like my neighbor's 289 with
open headers, but it sounds more like an old 6 cylinder Maverick than an 8
cylinder muscle car, it's a lot a lot quieter though.

One month after purchase it runs! Runs great! Drove around all afternoon
in the high 60's temperatures. Didn't die not once, no overheating.
YEEEHAH! Having the right vacuum hoses on the right portals helps! Another
TR8EFI returned to the streets!
