Jan's comment of his TRF customer number in the 9000's lead me to go
look at mine. I'm 99900's and I thought I'd been around for awhile.
I finished the 1990's with a TR4 ride then started the 2000's with the
new toy - a Honda S2000. I'd like to think that if Triumph's were still
making cars that the S2000 would be exactly what they would produce - at
least I can dream that. Anyway, with the new thread on BMW's new
Triumph, maybe I'll have something to compare it to. This will be my
last sportscar (maybe). I do have some complaints after about 2500
miles, there is no clock (just like the TR4) and I can't hear the radio
with the top down at speeds over 80 MPH (TR4 has no radio so the same is
true). Didn't see any LBC's yesterday, but most of the rag tops were
down. Temps in the low 80's with wind chill factored in probably in the
60's. Like Ken said, this is LBC weather in FL.
