Re: enclosed nuts on side-rear TR6 bumpers

Carl:  I had the same problem.  I was able to get a very flat wrench in
to install a 'free' nut and tighten up the bumper.

It was a very frustrating experience, but it is/was possible.  Long,
thin fingers probably would be helpful :-)
