I just received by Haynes Techbook for Weber, ZS & SU carbs. I have only had an opportunity to quickly skim the chapters on ZS, but I did note an issue regarding adjusting the height of the jet in the carb body. Anyone familiar with this adjustment? It would seem logical that an improperly located jet (with regard to height) could negate the effect of needle adjustments when looking at the mixture setting on a ZS carb. Any experiences?
