Tom, someone once told me that a miss at high speed is usually the plugs or wires and a miss at low speed is usually the points. Probably a gross generalization but in my limited experience has some truth to it. Oh, I should admit I have no idea whether a 72 Six even has points -- if it doesn't then please disregard.
