If my original (AFAIK; had it since '75) 1970 GT6+ is any indication, no, 
your setup is not original. My car has a three-point "one piece" 
adjustable belt, but NO retractor. Meanwhile, I am familiar with the 
shoulder harness piece you have. I bought a 1969 Mk.3 Spitfire when it 
was a year old. It had come with just lap belts, made by American Safety 
Weave. I was able to purchase the shoulder piece from the dealer to 
complete the setup (shoulder belts apparently were not required of 
convertibles in 1969, although they were otherwise mandatory for cars 
built for U.S. sale on or after 1/1/1968).

I'm pretty sure this was a North American-only setup, as those belts were 
sourced here (obviously). And that same manufacturer supplied belts to 
American Motors and perhaps one or more of the "Big Three" during this era.
