Chris - I can recommend Dan's efforts. I followed his instructions and they
work great. I have now taken the whole setup off my driver and will be
putting it on the new project.

Dan - Question - does it matter which side the fog or driving lights are
mounted? I had the fog on the passenger side, and wondered if on the
drivers side it might cut down on the reflective glare.

Also, Dan - In case it hasn't been said it enough - THANKS for all of the
help you have provided to the list. I have a DanMasters folder for most of
the tidbits you have thrown out over the past few years with the thought
that maybe someday I'll need it. (That does include your workbench/area
info.).

Carl

Chris,

Wire them seperately, and use relays. Unless you can find out the exact
rating, assume 55 watts or more, and wire accordingly.

I have drawn up a set of wiring diagrams for doing this, along with some
instructions. If you are interested, let me know and I will send them to you

by e-mail.

My scheme interlocks the lights so that the driving light can only be on
when
the hi-beams are on, but the fog light can be on anytime the parking lights
are on.

My reasons for doing this are included with the instructions.
