In an episode of the Munsters, Herman Munster had bought a life insurance
policy with these two crooks as the benefactors. They tried to hit him with
a car to kill him. The car was a TR4, but when it ran into him, all the
parts of the car fell off.
In a episode of Mr Ed. The next door neighbors bought a TR4, and just so
happens the day the neighbors wife borrowed it, Mr Ed(a horse) stole a milk
delivery truck and ran the neighbor off the road, they then show the wrecked
TR4 on a tow truck.
