I used a thinnish plywood--too thick and you can't install the pop rivets. My old one was made of hardboard (I don't know what you call that in American). Mine didn't have a plastic catch. Instead, you lift it with a finger hole at the centre of the rear edge. Hope this helps, Adam Turner '74 TR6 |
