Hi Allen,
I don't know specifically what parts Triumph Tune provides, but the
common conversion to Vented Disks & 4 Pot Calipers here in the UK uses
the folloeing components:

Vented Disks from Ford Capri 2.8i, re-drilled for Triumph Hub.

Austin Ambassador (Princess also?) 4 Pot Calipers with Spacers fitted.

The disks are easily obtained over here from any aftermarket motor
factors, but the calipers can be quite difficult to find. Anyone know of
another application?
        Cheers,
                Bill.
